Order Processing
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD 50. Orders under CAD 50 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the destination.

USA: Free shipping on orders over CAD 100. Orders under CAD 100 will have shipping fees calculated at checkout based on the destination.

International: Free shipping on orders over CAD 150. For orders under CAD 150, shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Items
We take pride in careful packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or gets lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.
